A friendship borne from a mutual passion for football
has resulted in the formation of Ramsden and Colne Developments LLP. The
Partnership will facilitate
the redevelopment and regeneration of the Sellers Engineers Site adjoining
the River Colne to form a new and exciting Waterfront Quarter
for the benefit of Huddersfield.

Armitage - Chairman
Qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1965 and became a Fellow of The Institute
of Chartered Accountants in 1977.
Joined Sellers Engineers as Assistant Company Secretary in 1969. Appointed
Managing Director 1978. Formed Sellers International in 1985 and headed a Management
buy-out from Wormald
International - Australia.
Lifelong supporter of Leeds
United and Yorkshire County Cricket Club. Sponsor of the Sellers
International Brass Band and Huddersfield Choral Society Youth Choir.
Current a member of the Kirklees Mayor's Fundraising Committee. Honorary Doctorate
Business Administration University of Huddersfield.
Tim Sugden
Qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1978 and became a Fellow of The Institute
of Chartered Accountants 1988.
Joined Sellers Engineers as Company Secretary 1979.
Appointed as Director of Sellers International
in 1985 and Managing Director 1998.
Lifelong supporter of Huddersfield Town Football Club and Yorkshire County
Cricket Club. Chairman of the Sellers Huddersfield Junior Cricket League. Actively
involved in Local Junior and Senior Sports.

Cherry
An illustrious
footballing career with Huddersfield Town, Bradford City and Leeds United
winning many trophies and honours including 26 international caps for England.
In 1998 appointed Director of Football
for Huddersfield Town FC.
Currently Director of Sellers International Travel.
Honorary Doctorate
Civil Law University of Huddersfield.
Having played in Huddersfield Junior Football league has recently coordinated
the 3 year sponsorship deal between Ramsden and Colne and Huddersfield
Junior Football League.
Mike
Kehoe
Director of a number of Property
and Construction Companies currently engaged in development and regeneration
projects throughout Merseyside. Companies include NHBC Registered House
Builder, Federation of Master Builders, Institute of Demolition Engineers.
Actively involved in Health and Safety, Assessor
for CITB and NEBOSH. Coordinator for Construction
Link Accreditation including ISO9000 and UKAS Accreditation.
Lifelong supporter and Associate Sponsor of Everton Football Club actively
involved in local football and golf.
Paul
Sheen
Qualified as Chartered Surveyor in 1987. Professional
career in Civil Service, Local Authority and International Commercial Company
before starting own Project Management Company in 1993.
Managed a number of successful and Award Winning multi million pound
residential and commercial Regeneration Projects in Liverpool City Centre.
